Associate Events Manager - Electronics Group

Responsible for the planning, execution and budgeting of the Embedded Systems Trade Show and Conference, an advanced technology event dedicated to the embedded systems industry. Responsibilities include management of a multi-millon dollar budget, business plan, project schedule, vendor relations, coordination of logistics, and development of new strategic initiatives including the launching of regional vertical events.  Other tasks included overseeing sales, marketing and operations for the successful execution of the events

  • Overall responsibility for the execution of two major trade events and conferences, including a multi-million dollar budget, strategic planning, and project schedule
  • Event planning, marke event logistics for two major events, and vertical one-day events
  • Oversee marketing and sales efforts and set strategies to grow attendee base and recruitment of exhibiting companies

Associate Director of International Events

Integrated and managed international events department of trade association. Responsibility focused on execution of international events and trade missions. Membership included manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers of the $324 billion industry of office products (including IT) and school materials
